In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "77fe," "we," "us," "our" refers to the 77fe gaming platform operating at 77fe.onl, including its parent company, affiliates, licensors, and service providers.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 77fe platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on 77fe after successful registration and identity verification.
• "Platform" means the 77fe website, mobile interface, any associated applications, and all services available at 77fe.onl.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any sporting event, casino game, or other eligible market through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered to Players by 77fe from time to time.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity and age verification process mandated by our licensing framework.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency denomination used for player accounts on the Platform.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of self-regulation features available to all registered Players including deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

By accessing the 77fe Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your Account if one has been created. Continued use of any portion of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.

Access to the 77fe Platform and participation in real-money gaming activities is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a hard requirement. 77fe enforces this through mandatory KYC verification and does not permit any exceptions or deferrals.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order on 77fe or under any applicable regulatory framework that would prevent access to gambling services.
• Not a Problem Gambler: You confirm that you are not a problem gambler and that you are using the Platform for entertainment purposes with funds you can afford to lose.
• Own Account: You must be accessing and funding the Account in your own name and on your own behalf. Operating an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• Not an Employee: Employees, directors, officers, and immediate family members of 77fe or its group companies may not register as Players without express prior written consent from management.

To participate in real-money gaming on 77fe, you must register an Account by completing the registration form accurately and completely. Each person may hold only one Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual may be merged or closed at 77fe's sole discretion, and any associated bonuses forfeited.

4.1 Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension pending investigation and, where fraud is confirmed, permanent closure.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

77fe is required under its licensing framework to verify the identity and age of all players before permitting access to real-money features. KYC documentation typically includes a copy of a valid national identity document (CNIC) and a recent selfie. Additional documentation may be requested at 77fe's discretion for enhanced due diligence purposes. Until KYC is complete, withdrawals and certain deposits may be restricted.

4.3 Account Ownership

Your Account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, gift, or assign your Account or its associated balance to any third party. 77fe will not honour claims made by third parties in respect of any Account balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 77fe will never request your password by email, phone, live chat, or any other means. You should use a strong, unique password for your 77fe Account and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure.

You must notify 77fe immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised access to your Account. Pending our investigation, we may temporarily restrict your Account to protect your balance. You agree that 77fe bears no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

77fe accepts deposits in PKR via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier interface at the time of transaction and may be adjusted from time to time.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment method held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 77fe reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits exceeding defined thresholds and to return deposits that cannot be sufficiently verified.

Deposits are credited to your PKR wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment processor. 77fe is not responsible for delays attributable to payment processors, banking systems, or network connectivity issues on the depositor's end.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method held in your own name that matches the details on your verified Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined.

7.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus balance and associated wagering requirements must be resolved before the underlying deposit or winnings can be withdrawn, unless the bonus is explicitly forfeited.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method and are displayed in the cashier interface.
• 77fe may request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawals above defined thresholds.

7.2 Processing Timelines

77fe aims to process withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of approval, subject to identity verification completion. Processing times for specific payment methods are indicative and may vary due to banking or network conditions outside 77fe's control. PKR bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to 3 business days depending on interbank clearing schedules.

77fe may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of offer, including but not limited to minimum wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal limits.

• One bonus per player: Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once unless expressly stated otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential permanent account closure.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable balance. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly before a bonus is accepted.
• Expiry: Bonuses not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance without compensation.
• Abuse: 77fe monitors bonus usage patterns. Strategies determined to be bonus abuse — including low-risk betting patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play — may result in bonus cancellation and, in serious cases, account review.
• Right to modify: 77fe reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform where practicable.

All sports bets placed on 77fe — including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, kabaddi, and other markets — are governed by the general betting rules of 77fe in addition to any sport-specific rules applicable to each market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules.

9.1 Bet Placement

Bets are accepted subject to available funds in your PKR wallet at the time of placement. A bet is confirmed only when a confirmation message and bet reference number are generated by the Platform. Bets not confirmed due to connectivity interruption, pricing change, or system error are not considered placed and no liability attaches to 77fe in respect of such bets.

9.2 Void Bets

77fe reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, technical failure affecting odds display, match abandonment, match-fixing suspicion, or violation of these Terms by the Player. Voided bets are returned as stake credits to the Player's PKR wallet.

9.3 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-bet winnings may be subject to per-sport or per-market limits as displayed in the relevant section of the Platform. 77fe reserves the right to apply or adjust maximum payout limits at any time without prior notice.

All casino games available on the 77fe Casino platform — including live dealer games, slots, crash games such as Aviator, and table games — are provided by licensed third-party game studios. The rules governing each game are determined by the game provider and are displayed within the game interface.

All casino games on 77fe use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealing conducted in regulated studio environments. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot and RNG games are determined by the game provider and disclosed within the game interface where required under applicable regulations.

Live dealer games are streamed from professional studio facilities. In the event of a live stream interruption mid-round, the round will be resolved according to the game provider's documented interruption procedure. 77fe does not unilaterally determine outcomes of interrupted live rounds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77fe Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, reporting to relevant authorities, and/or civil or criminal proceedings:

• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen financial instruments, or funds derived from criminal activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including but not limited to bonus abuse, circumventing account restrictions, or concealing identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform without 77fe's prior written authorisation.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, match betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit pricing errors or promotional terms rather than gaming for entertainment.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to achieve unfair outcomes in poker or other peer-competitive games.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical, social, or procedural means.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77fe staff, other players, or third parties through any communication channel on or off the Platform.

77fe is committed to operating a responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. If it stops being enjoyable or begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, 77fe provides tools to help you regain control.

12.1 Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from Account Settings. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders to notify you after a specified period of active play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary account restriction period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a minimum 6-month self-exclusion or a permanent exclusion from the Platform. Exclusions cannot be reversed before expiry under any circumstances.

12.2 Player Obligations

Players who are aware they have a gambling problem are obligated to self-exclude rather than continue accessing the Platform. If you have been voluntarily self-excluded from 77fe and find a way to circumvent the restriction, 77fe reserves the right to close your account and return all deposits, forfeiting any winnings generated during the exclusion period.

All content on the 77fe Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, betting odds, data feeds, software, and design elements — is the intellectual property of 77fe or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose. This licence does not permit scraping, copying, reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or commercially exploiting any Platform content without 77fe's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use will result in immediate account termination and may attract legal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77fe's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77fe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if 77fe has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

77fe does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Maintenance windows, third-party outages, and force majeure events may affect availability. 77fe will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. Players may request account closure by contacting 77fe support. Any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be resolved or the bonus forfeited before closure is finalised.

77fe may suspend or permanently close an Account with immediate effect and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or if required to do so by a licensing authority or law enforcement request. In cases of confirmed fraud, 77fe may withhold balances pending investigation and recovery.

77fe reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via email notification to the registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material amendments may be made without specific prior notice.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77fe holds its gaming license. In the event of a dispute between you and 77fe arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation via the 77fe support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of formal notification, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Players in Pakistan acknowledge that the legality of online gaming activities may be subject to local regulatory interpretation. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 77fe complies with all laws and regulations applicable to them in their jurisdiction. 77fe does not provide legal advice on the applicability of local gaming laws to individual players.
